Non Availability of Company Spares

I would like to bring it to your very kind notice that I have been facing a huge problem getting the spares for my Bike.

The make of the bike is Bajaj Avenger 220 DTSI,

Chasis Number is MD2DGPDZZTCJ11885,

Engine Number: PDGBTJ11701.

I have vistited the Varun Motors Service Centre in Vizag for the Bike Side covers every week for two months (as there appeared some scratches due to transport from Hyd) from December till the end of January and I don't get them.

Now I recently met with a small accident and the front Mud Guard got damaged and now I called them up for the same and they say again the same answer the request has been raised and the billing has been done and needs to wait for a week. Now when I insist to tell me the correct answer whether I would definitely get them or should I try in other states.

They say they are not sure whether or not or in other case how much would the wait time be???

Also there is no Bajaj Service Centres for this Bike related to Spare Parts in Kakinada, Amalapuram and Rajamundry...

Please give me the correct solution for the same
