Defect in bike, i purchased

I have purchased a pulsor180cc ug4 model on 13th march and on 22 the battery (exide) of my kickless bike is discharge on 25 it started droping petrol, on 3 the battery again discharge even after 1st service. And no claim will be taken up by my dealer.
