Not givng warranty

I have a bajaj pulsar 150cc also i have extended warranty of bike provided by bajaj write now my bike engine is seized before that i service it to authorized service center of bajaj but write now when i claim my warranty the company he is confusing me that i am going to check your past record when he find their database they said out of 14 service you have done 10 service in which the most recent srevice ihad done paid so can i have a right to claim the extended warranty

i also mentioned the chart which contain all thedetails of my byke service so please tell me the correct procedure o that i can claim
