Faulty chain and poor milage

I m sachin .i purchase discover 100 last 6 month .its chain is troubling from 4000 km. i see it to bajaj machnic many time but now they said that it has all damage till 15000km. so pls replace it and gave me a new chain set .mob. no 9355388700
