Demand for noc lette

I have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 in d year 2006 for which i have taken loan from bajaj auto finance. the loan was taken 4 tenure of 3 years for which i have made all the payments nd outstanding due with proper intrest imposed on me. Even though clearing all legal and valid dues i still have not got NOC letter. Its now almost 1 year. please look into the matter and do the needfull.
