Cheating in replacement

Sir,

i have given replacement of pulsar genuine parts in accident claim of oriental insurance in KVR bajaj service centre, chakkorathukulam, calicut for wiser and shock absorber of bike.they have charged me for all genuine parts of wiser and shock absorber but they put the old and parts of wiser and shock absorber and charged me for same. i told several times about this complaint with the customer care of pulsar executives and they are not behaving well to me and clarifying the complaint they are just beating around the bush.

what can i do further sir??
