NOC NOT RECEIVED YET

Dear Sir,

We are Purchase a Two wheeler Bajaj XCD-125C through Bajaj Auto Finanace LTD (AUTO) on 14.01.08.Reg No. WB42L2609, indtall ment period 05.02.08 to 05.07.09.Our all EMI's were paid. But till date we are not receiving any NOC.Even so many times we are given Request to the call centre. They are provide a request ID no. A0185800 ON 11.12.09.They told us that on 17.12.09 they had been send the hard copy of the NOC by postal. But we did not received till date. Even we checked our Locat post office for this but they told that they have not received such documents.
