Dear Sir/Madam Hello and how are you? I have a gas connection with the backsons gas service. I have always problem with the delivery normally delivery time is 3 to 4 days. I and almost the consumers are getting at least after 10 t0 15 days our calenders. Yesterday i have been to head office of India gas to complaint there the problem but they have given me phone number of marketing office and told me talk to him he will solve your problem. It is sad when i call him he did not answer with our questions well. I would like to change my gas agency even he told me you can not change. I found this site and thought will declare my problems with you. I am sure there is the way to make my problem clear. Warm regards Shabi
