Sir, i am paul davis 78 year old retired bank manager residing at koratty.i have barat gas connection for more than 25 years.i am refilling the cylinder from govind gas agency, koratty.nowadays they are not customer friendly and they are not even interested in service also.my connection number is 11394.now its been 45 days since i got the last cylinder and 24 days after the booking.now also they are telling that it will take some more days to get the cylinder.when we complaint this to them they replied like if you want to get the cylinder you change the company.is this the way how the barat dealer is responding to a customer.
