Dear sir,

I am a student in Hyderabad, I applied for my passport on 06-03 bearing file no; W251581 Police enquiry is not yet done... as the college is closed for this semister .. can i report to the checking police personel myself if yes ..how? and where?

Or can I apply using fresh passport application form under tatkal scheme as i plan to travel abroad this summer in may end...
