Dear Sir /ma'am,

I called to 0522-4150922 but received only false excuses, so i am mailing you directly.

I am holding HONDA CB TWISTER bike bought on 24/08 from Bee Aar Honda, Hazratganj Lucknow.

My Bike is fitted with MINDA Battery. I seriously don’t understand why your company encouraging this type of companies which doesn't have any reputation in Battery Industry other than in Key Industry.

Sir we expect some standards while your company is installing third company parts.

Coming to my complaint, I have given my battery for replacement on 2nd March. I went to Beeaar Honda Service center Hazratganj on 18th march, 27th march, 4th april and on 13th april back for battery replacement which is under warranty. Today also I was informed that they haven’t received as it was not been parceled from Ghaziabad yet. Sir it takes Maximum of 12 hours to receive any parcel. Sir I can’t effort this delay as I use my bike to travel to my office and other domestic works, so I need to use my bike on regular basis.

Sir I don’t need any excuses so, Please kindly look into this matter at earliest.
