Rash driving and damaging myvehical

Dear Sir,

I introduce myself as Vijay pandey. Yesterday while returning from office and standing for green signal at mid choukey junction malad west, Best bus no mh01 L 8402 scratced my left side rear door and petrol tank. It is my humble request to hekp me in this matter as i require possible action to be taken against the rash driver and need my compensation. Please help me in same.
