Undelivered parcel lying in post office since the 23rd. of Decembe

Parcel numberER27 0331 733US, was received by the post office in Bombay, on the 23rd. of December and has still not been delivered to the addresse. Today is the 3rd. of January. We were assured that the parcel would be delivered latest by the the 27th. Dec.2007.

This parcel contains documents and plans for tenders to be filled and we are loosing precious time. Will we be compensated for losses caused to us by your in-actions?

Also, please inform which psot office to check for inquiries. We have gone from office to office, without success.
