Not delivery of booking reffil

Dear sir

I am consumer of bhadohi gas agency .naya bazar (sant ravi das nagar bhadohi) I istiyaq ahmed consumer no 018230 have booked cylender on 5.1.2011.After complain also they have not deliverd the gas at home. our registration no 64929 on dated 14.1.2011 in iocl at 12.29.06 p.m but then also they have not delivered .so please do the needful agianst to stop black marketing of gas cylender
