Late in delivery of ford figo

I booked ford figo exi (white, diesel) model a month ago .i was told that the car will be delivered within 20 days but after a month the sales representatives are saying that they dont have a single car of this model and it may take another 20days which they are not sure. This is a total customer harrassment and companies ineffeciency to fullfil customer demands
