Escalator and lift not working

Dear Sir,

I am residing at Triplicane. I usually travel in train from Triplicane to nungambakkam through Fort railway station.

BASICALLY I AM PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED. I Triplicane station Escalator and lift is there, but it’s never working.

I am very much struggle to go upstairs to catch train. I think lift and Escalator are in good condition but there is no operator to operate everyday.

Please take necessary action to operate lift and Escalator daily.
