Dear Sir,
Every time there is delay of delivery and the phone is always busy and booking people did not answer/respond properly. They don’t bother about any customer complain due to untrained skill and luck of education. Bharat Petroleum is a very renewed company in oil & gas field ..and they should have a control to their every outlet, agencies and distributors to monitor the service area. I have booked to refill my calendar against my consumer no- 20325 on 18th August-11 through phone and after numerous reminder till I did not get my job done except wrong commitment. Now I am really helpless and asking your kind attention to troubleshoot my problem.
