I have a gas connoction from Bharat Gas deller. Sri Krisna Gas service, bellore Howrah

my consumer no 11861 in fevoer of chanchal chatterjee 164 sriram dhang road i have booked on 08/04 but dealr have said he will delevery the gas cylender on 18/04.due to not aviability of gas supply.this is to much late.please look into the matter.
