Non delievery of gas cylinde

I have booked for refilling of gas cylinder on dated Oct-27. Booking No.373661, through computerized booking.

Till date i h'nt got the cylinder. On enquiring the Distributor (Modern Gas) I came to know that there is no booking against my number (7088).

Again i booked for refill on dated nov 25. (booking no. 396460Till date they have not given me a cylinder, on again enquiring today they are saying that it will take 15 more days to deliever a cylinder.
