Problem in services

My name is Sanjay Verma, I have a connection of Bharat Gas at Jagadhri, Haryana.

My consumer no. is 10973, Agency Name is Jagdambey Gas, Jagadhri Haryana.

Complaint no.:

1) Agency phone nos. are always busy 01732247230, 01732245002.In bell is ringing no one is picking up the phone. This is happening every time we want to book our gas cylinder or try to know the status of delivery of gas.

2) When we go to agecy no response.

3) All the cylinders are being blacked in the local market but for consumers there is always shortage.

Can anybody help us???
