Delay in booking

Sir,

My consumer no (149). I received the cylinder on 19.01.10 after 25 days from the date of booking.(23.12.09). Now i want to book another cylinder on 25.01.10.But in our agency (Shri Kumaran gas, MMDA, Chennai) they are refusing to book and asking me to book after 11 days. Kindly do the needful immediately.
