This is MANDIRHAUSAD, a villiage 15km away from RAIPUR, There is a sub-agency of BHARAT GAS. The gas distributer of the villiage always uses his monopolis in gas cylinder distribution e.g. on 25/02 gas cylinder distribution he compels all the candidates, waiting for refill cylinder, to purchase with every refill cylinder a tea pack of 250gm (DOUBLE DIAMOND) worth Rupees 70/-, from his custody, which is about Rupees 20/- high from retailer price. Without purchasing tea pack, no body get refill cylinder until the tea stocks finish. He also take Rupees 330/- for each cylinder. Also the gas supply is insufficient, irregular in cylinder distribution, CYLINDER sale in BLACK MARKET, no systematic distribution of refill cylinder, discriminatory treatment for local consumer or outsider cosumer etc. I request to the Authority for investigation and atlest fulfilment of refill cylinder in time.
