Dear Sir
I book a cylinder after 20 days to get it refill and and get confirmation of getting in a weeks time; which is registerd with name of Ishwar Das Anand. Consumer No.6695 and there Contact no. is 0175-2208800.
After a week a they came up with excuse that we try to deliver a cylinder at ypur place but no empty cylinder; responded by some "lady" at your place. This keeps on going every fortnight and ultimately it gets delayed every week and we face a problem.
