Dear Sir,

Sub: Extreme delay in delivering refilled gas cylinder.

This is to inform you that I Col. Babu Khan (retd.) consumer no. 615 having Lpg gas connection with your company and getting supply through your distributor M/s Deo Gas Agency, Jodhpur (Raj.). But the above distributor doesn't supply the refilled cylinder even after 40 days from booking date and on reminding them on phone getting no proper response. Since your company doesn't have any concern office in the city and not even get any positive response from the your customer care no.s. Therefore you are requested to kindly look into this matter seriuosly and take necessary action urgently to keep the trust of customer alive.
