Hello Sir,

I m Deepak kr. gupta i m a customer of poonam gas agency, My consumer no P-48724, in the name of my wife Jyoti gupta. agency name Poonam gas service F-5, shakurpur, delhi.

Sir, i booked my gas on 3rd jan - 4th jan but till date no any response from the agency and as well as delivery boy.

They usually sell the cylinder to non costumer of ageny in the rate of rs. 500/- each the name of filed boy is Rajesh

who always do this kind of activity.

pl. take the necessary steps to stop this and deliever the cylinder on right time,
