I AM A USER OF BHARAT GAS WITH CONSUMER No. 31758 (S.D.PEDNEKAR).

I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS ON 12.01. TILL DATE 27.01.2011 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CYLINDER. THE LANDLINE NUMBERS OF EXCEL GAS SERVICE, VASHI SEC- 29, NAVI MUMBAI IS ALWAYS ENGAGED WHEN BY LUCK I GET CONNECTED TO THEIR NUMBER I PROMPTLY GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN 2 DAYS.

KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTION ON THE GAS AGENCY AS IT HAS MADE MY LIFE VERY PATHETIC.
