Pathetic Dealer and after sales (Pandey Motors - Patna)

I don't know if this is the right place to write my experience with General Motors so far. But Here I go.

GM, you should take this seriously. Because lots more like this is going to float over the internet for this dealer.

I really do not want to point the finger to GM but I would like to get their attention to their dealers and the after sales service provided by them. (After sales, if any)

This is about my bad experience about the dealer here in Patna Pandey Motors

I got delivery of my vehicle (ChevroletBeat) in 28th Feb. And the problems started even before the delivery of the vehicle. I would discuss that as well but later in this post.

First of all the showroom was in very shubby dirty condition, there was no proper sitting arrangement, overall when i met the executive they dont have the product knowledge, i selected beat which was standing in a showroom as for choice and model i have been informed that i have to wait atleast 25days, so i had to go what was standing there beat LS misty lake, i paid the total amount, when asked for delivery they said come in the evening around 7pm, when i went to the showroom the car was standing outside of the showroom in dark, and after doing all the regulation work the executive inform me u can take the car, then i asked the them to bring the car inside the showroom in light so i can check it if everything is in place, when they did so i found my car had a scratch in front of the bammer right side, when i showed them they all are pretending as if they dont know, but it was felt in there face that they been caught, actually they wanted to fool me by selling the scratch car, i was really annoyed and told them to cancelled my car i will not buy then they promise they will change the mudgaurd and give me delivery next morning, some how i was not happy but agreed, this dealer do not have any idea what is GM Motors or they dont know the value, i request you ppl to look for a good dealership or they will damage the brand name

If you do not take my concern seriously, I want to assure you that I would NEVER ever recommend anyone a GM car. Even though you make great cars, they are difficult to maintain with such dealers.

I regret today at my decision, I should have gone for Honda or ford figo but...
