Non-deivery of cylinde

I R.C. Arora, booked the LPG cylinder on 10-2 but till now gas agencies dealer should not give the delivery of cylinder. These agencies dealers don't give the cylinder on time. My connections number is 3420 HLRDC. Last time (in jan month) also compliant against this gas agencies. Till now no strict action should be taken against these dealers. I request you to plz solve my problem as soon as possible...
