TANYA Gas agency the gas cylinder is not supply for the customer

Dear Sir,

This complaint is regarding delivery of TANYA Gas cylinder.

TANYA Gas agency is not supplying gas cylinder. my gas cylinder has been finished (I have only one cylinder), I had booked Gas cylinder on 19.08.2011 but they haven't provided till now (07.09.2011). my family members are going there, they are simply saying tommorow you will get cylinder. today, 18th days had been passed, but we never get cylinder. how we can survive?
