Delay's in Gas cylinder Deleivery

I have done booking for a gas cylinder of consumer no. 22813 on 22.11.2011 but till on 4.11.2011 deleivery is yet not done. Please sir/madam take some immediate action because I am suffering with many problems. I am looking forward to your reply.
