Dear Madam & Sir

My consumer number is 42579, Ramabai Howale, I stay at chembur, this is regarding delay of gas cylinder, since 4to5 years may more that we are using this service but last few months we are not getting proper service, whenever we are calling they informing us that it will come in tow days and the cylinder we are receiving in 10 to 15 days, Last month i called for order one lady spoke to me very rudely she ask me to speak in marathi

and i m not able to speak marathi properly, kindly look in to this.
