Non delivery of gas cylinde

I have booked the cylinder on 30th january with ABHA GAS AGENCY, TRANSPORT NAGAR, MEERUT with connection no. AB9607 but till date it has not been recieved... it has been almost 25 days and inspite of repeated calls and visits they always say to delliver it in 2 days... this has not been the first time that we are troubled.. it has been repeated many times in the past as well... kindly look into the matter...
