I had Booked for the refilling of LPG Cylinder Consumer No. B.B. 19873 in the name of Mr. Madho Singh Adhikari on dated 10.11.2010 but they refused to deliver the supply of that Cylinder.
As per the talk with Mr. Joshi (Kitchen Care - Manager), One Inspection is to be done at our kitchen and they will charged Rs. 70.00 against that inspection. Nobody had not paid against that inspection in our area, so why should I have to pay that amount against that silly inspection.
He is so rude in his behaviour and he clearly said to not to supply the our Cylander whenever we will not pay Rupees 70.00 against that inspection and he will cut our LPG connection till today.
Please suggest me to clear that issue and get Cylander.
I am the customer of Kitchen Care, Bharat Gas Agency, No.-537, "S" Block, School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi - 110 092.
He is extremely rude and show a careless attitude.
Please advice whats the next step.
