DELAY DELIVERY AND MISS BEHAVIOUR TO CUSTOMER

Dear sir / madam,

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no 16568 in the name of PANNA LAL on dt. 23/08 but till today on 07.09.2010 . My gas booking no. is (2872761).

I have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor KITCHEN FLAME, B - BLOCK, MANGOL PURI, DELHI- 110083. there is not responding to the phone calls made thousand times in last FIVE days on these numbers (Ph.011-27914695, 011-27921110, 011-27923257).

This phone lines are either busy or ringing continuously. That means this officals talking to there friends, relatives etc. It keep it phone busy or it pick up the receiver and keep it on the table. For personal work and whenever the ringing tone is coming the are not lifting the receiver expecting the call from the customer. Please stop this harrasmentI came to know that this agency sell gas in the black market. In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude to everybody. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.

I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect. Kindly help me as soon as possible.
