Non delivery and sale i black

Dear sir,

i m subcriber of bharat gas dealer m/s Preet Gas Service.giddarbaha, my card no;1266. sir above mentioned dealer who is responsible for my LPG supply, but he is not delivering it never on time since it started agency in my city.on other hand any body can buy in black. a big bite of consumers is sold in black to outomobilers, restauranta etc. my delivery was due on 3-dec-10 wich is not delivered yet. they have support of a local political powerman.

its my 5th comlaint and their is no response from your side. kindly help me sir till then i remain yor;s
