Dear Sir,

Sub:- Submission of slip

Regarding supply of gas sir I have gas connection form bharat gas in the name of R.K. Sharma my consumer no. 9705 R/o WE-A- 7, Mohan Garden, new delhi. The person who delivered the gas for us he delivered all the time and we signed the slip for company reference and he suppose to be submit the same in the company but some time he is not submit that slip on time and when we try to book the cylinder for next time company ignore to book the cylinder because of slip so, sir this is not our fault please you check the matter with the person who delivered the cylinders in that area, i will be very thankful to you
