Late Refill delivery, poor customer response,
I am a Bharath Gas customer affiliated to Hassan agency ' Sai Krishna Enterprises'. They employ all sorts of delaying tactics in delivering the refills. We have just one cylinder and still they deliver the refill in 15days and sometimes beyond. We are suffering from this for about 2 years. Even now we have booked for refill about 13 days back but they are not responding.
I don't know what to do. I tried lodging complaint via Bharat Gas official side, but it refuses to submit the same without providing any error message. Hope this forum conveys my message to this insensitive company.
