R/sir,

We had given our home goods to shift to islampur maharastra from chandkheda, ahmedabadto through Bharti packers and movers on 28 april with fully service of unloading and loading of the goods at our destination

But still now goods has not been reached ..and we are baring extra expenditure of hotel and lodge..

Fact as under..

We have given account check as per commitment to bharti packers and movers for shifting home- goods to mentioned destination ..

Also as per advise from Mr. Rajesh (representative of Bharti pkrs and movers) we had paid amount for the insurance for the goods also ..

But actually till now we had not get our goods and not got insurance copy..

As per him goods would be reached since 3rd may...

Also we are continuously trying to contact them on mobile but no one is replied me regarding actual situation. Mobile number and address has been mentioned last..

Some time ringing the cell not lifted, and if we tried frequently he switched off his cell... no one number has been replied me..

Also he had no any understanding that to give real information from his side to me...

Really i had got mentally disturbed and financially also ..

Kindly help me and suggest me how i have to solve this problem..Please advise.
