Dear sir,
I m a regular customer of maruti since 23 november when I purchased my first car it was maruti ALTO LX with registration no. RJ06/CA 2272 I was run it for more then 1 lac kilometer successfully. And last 14th January I was purchased again my second car ALTO K10 VXI with registration no. RJ06/CB 0850. it is running smoothly by me merely 10000 KMS without any problem.
But the problem is started on 23rd april when I was went to KOTA for a business work but on a narrow road a loading pick up is coming on a very fast speed in suddenly its appear in front my car. In a very fast movement for saving the accident I was turned my car out side. Unfortunately there are some stone pieces were here and one of them hit my car’s downside. It’s a loud noise and my car was turned off.
It was Saturday and its already 7-8 pm so I left my car by bring my car near the spot. On Monday I was called the nearest maruti service station m/s BHATIA AND COMPANY industrial estate KOTA. They pick up my car and I leave the message to mechanic that if THE LOSSES WERE NEAR ABOVE 2-5 THOUSANDS WE WILL DO IN IN CASH, BUT IF THE LOSSES WERE MORE THEN 5 THOUSANDS WE WILL USE THE INSURANCE CLAIM. Because my insurance is already from maruti and have a cash less facility.
You know the biggest reason for MARUTI SUZUKI to being the no.1 car sale company in India is the BEST and EVERYWHERE SERVICE. But in the KOTA, RAJASTHAN the BHATIA & COMPANY is not a best service center, its never match with MARUTI SERVICE and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY. Because on Monday I called to BHATIA they told me that they just telling the status of my car after some time but they don’t call back to me whole day. On Tuesday I called they relayed the same and don’t make a call back. I continue call them nearly 6-7 times but they don’t tell me the truth and the status of my car. Meanwhile I reached to the BHATIA AND COMPANY and ask them the status of my car then MR. ASHOK KUMAR MEENA sr. technician bring me at the ENGINE ROOM and show me some old parts (definitely its not was my car because my car is a 3 months old one) and told me that your car’s engine was opened by us and its totally burn so we have to completely repair it and its costs near above 30000/- so u must deposit some amount on the cash counter. I politely ask him why u don’t make me a call before open my engine even when I told you that if the losses were cross the 5000 I will do it by the INSURANCE. And why you don’t tell me the status of my car when I asking you again and again while 2 days? He brings me to his GENERAL MANAGER MR. QRESSY as we enter in his chamber he shouted loudly on mr. ASHOK and then he yelled on me that “QUICKLY GO OUT FROM MY CABIN OTHERWISE I CALLED SECURITY” by GOD I never hear that type of ROUGH and RUDE words ever before although I don’t say anything to mr. QURESSY but he yelled my like I was a THIEF and theft his car. I swear I got the tears in my eyes and I can’t say any single word to mr. QURESSY and mr. ASHOK. After it they forced my to do the all work without insurance otherwise we fit all the parts of your car and you can bring it as it is. They all are really too rude and unprofessional treated customer that I shocked how can any one become so rude to customer without any reason? And there are no one to help me all are the abused me and I fell myself punished to buy a maruti car.
I see my car and the parts of engine and chamber which is shown to me was not of my car. In fact in those 2 days when they don’t replay me they was replacing my BRAND NEW PARTS with the OLD AND DAMAGED PARTS. They THEFT my car’s parts and my BRAND NEW car turns in GARBAGE. They don’t have any right to open my car’s engine without my opinion and permission and even when I already ask for insurance survey. They all are corrupted and want a illegal profit from all customers.
Meanwhile my BRAND new CAR is already totally finished due to irresponsibility of BHATIYA & COMPANY SERVICES and MARUTI SUZUKI.
My last car was finished in an accident, so I accept it B’coz all things was happen unfortunately. But in this matter all things are done by MARUTI and all are preplanned. They are not only theft my car’s PARTS but also theft the FAITH of mine and when its gone in a legal process then its become a matter to all MARUTI CUSTOMER’S FAITH in MARUTI SERVICE.
Please replace my car by a new ONE (because you finished my 3 months old car) or give my original parts back to me as soon as possible. So I shouldn’t go for a legal action against maruti and bhatia company.
