Sir, i am costumer of bhubaneswar gas agency, my consumer id -03350, sir in date of 21.01.2011 the agency gas man come to our home to delivery gas cylinder and i am told him plz putt the cylinder in my house.he will told me for extra charges.i am said ur duty is to put cylinder to home & cheack leakage and weight the cylinder.then he used rough language and i am said about compliant, he told me i don, t care about any compliant.first i have call the bhubaneswar gas agency office they have no answer my phone call.i don't know the gas man name but he comes to delivery at oldtown area in bhuaneswar.so I request you to please look into the issue.
