I purchased the said bike during Navratri, From the first day, I found that the wheel of the bike is not proper and vibrate during the ride, so I complain for the said to the showroom and demand to replace the whole piece, they reply me to wait for first free service and the problem become resolve, I wait for that, after first free service, the problem cant resolve, they again check my bike, and according to them they make wheel threogh (wheel balancing whatever it say) and again tell my now it is ok, but still the problem not resolve, again i made complain to the showroom owner, they again check my bike, again wheel balancing take (one and half day) and redeliver me saying that everything is ok, but still the problem is exist, they provide 4 phone no which no one is working or respond.
when I receive bike form them according to me I thought they do nothing and just wash the vehicle and submit back to me in particular this case. also the staff of the showroom demanding money for the service which I think no relevance because I purchase any thing, once it should be complete at least for the one day, but I face the problem from very first day.
So, I am requesting you to do needful in this matter and complete solution about my bike, either properly replace the damage part or the whole piece.
