I purchased a used maruti alto from private dealer. due to non satisfaction of other local garage's we left for general service in BIMAL MARUTI show room at mahadevapura branch on 11. 05.11 to arual prabu service adviser he had a valuation and told general service has to be made and he promise tat next day it wil be done (12th) but they failed giving the reason tat water pump has to be replaced and gave commitment on 13th and we agreed to take delivery on 13th after noon but again they failed to deliver and again he gave a reason tat head gas kit has to be check and promised he wil give on 14th once again we contacted the great and great arual prabu and he said if ur so hurry i wil give the item engine head u can take to the lath and get it back we wil fix and give u other wise u wait til evening we agreed for tat. I was shocked once again listening the reason due to heavy rain we wil give u the vehicle on 16th Monday. When we contacted him at 12o clock he said sir u can come at 3.30pm and when we went at tat time only they were taken the vehicle the ramp to do the same work. when we questioned about this he was so rude and non responsibly said still work is going come tomorrow on 18th then with no other choice we went to service manager and contacted the incharge person and he told has to wait for 30 mins but we waited more then 2 hours but stil we did not get. I kindly orequest all customers not to become a fool like me.
