I own an Alto Lxi. MH02BG5469 is my vehicle number. I have been a very old customer and am highly disappointed with Sai Service staff and workshop.
Specifically Rohan who worked at Andheri East workshop with the insurance department is a big cheat! I had given my car for repairs after a minor accident, and he siagnosed that the Apron is damaged and promised to do the job. However that job was not done at all and problem existed. Recently when it became worse, he said that we need to change the apron and the crack is due to corrosion. Do they think we are fools sitting here? I might have given more business than the price of my car. I'm so sick of the service quality, even the washing of the vehicle is pathetic. They really need to pay attention to their work quality, I'm sure they've already started losing business. I intend to stop coming to Sai Service as I am tired of complaining. Please revert if someone really cares for the business.
