Faulty Car Horn

My name is Anish Saini and I'm from Pune. Recently, I purchased a BOSCH Horn on 01/08 from a dealer in Pune for 650/- for my Santro Xing car. He gave me a bill along with the WARRANTY card on which it states that - THIS WARRANTY IS VALID FOR 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF SALE.

He did not fill the card and said the bill is enough for any complaints. From the very first day, I was not happy with the performance of the horn, so his machenic said that a relay or cut out can increase the horn performance. But now, when I went to another mechanic, he said that the horn is faulty and needs to be replaced. Now, the horn dealer is saying that there is no warranty on the horn and nothing can be done. And also said that these horns come without warranty and it a a electrical part, so no warranty.

I showed him the bill and the warranty card, but he refused to do anything for me.

I have enquired at several places that the BOSCH horn comes with 6 months warranty and if anything goes wrong, they change the horn.

I am very dissatisfied with the kind of service which i have been getting from your dealer.
