BPCL Petro Bonus point Issue

First of all BPCL customer service is very bad, when i am requesting for some query then they are sending response from something else.

As per PetroBonus Terms and Conditions, the Petromiles earned in a financial year are valid for a period of 6 financial years from the beginning of the next financial year after the accrual of Petromiles, subject to the membership being valid. (Financial year refers to 1st April of that year to 31st March of the following year).

Accordingly, accumulated Petromiles till 31.03.2005 in PetroBonus member's account were scheduled to be expired on 01.04.2011. The Petromiles expiry date was postponed by further 90 days i.e. till 30.06.2011 in order to facilitate our esteemed members to redeem such Petromiles. Petromiles Downloading process is as follows :

* Insert Petro card into Card Terminal at RO

* Choose Option 3 (loyalty)

* Choose option 1 (loyalty awards)

* Enter the voucher number.

Pump attendant at Retail Outlet can help in getting the Petromiles downloaded onto the card.
