First of all BPCL customer service is very bad, when i am requesting for some query then they are sending response from something else.

As per PetroBonus Terms and Conditions, the Petromiles earned in a financial year are valid for a period of 6 financial years from the beginning of the next financial year after the accrual of Petromiles, subject to the membership being valid. * Choose Option 3 (loyalty)
