A few months back my wallet containing my BPCL Petro Card (along with other creditcards, driving licence etc) was lost. I do not remember my Petro Card number, and on contacting several BPCL petrol pumps for a duplicate petro card, they expressed their inability to help me, unless I could give them my Petro Card number..
Surely BPCL would be having an alphabetical Master List by which a customer could identify his Petro Card number by giving his name and address?
