I Pushpa Sharma Age 62 residing at 2174, Awasvikas No. 3. Panki Kalyanpur Road, Kanpur. I had purchased one indica Xeta Gls In the month of june. from Sai Motors (Brindavan Shelters Pvt. Ltd.) Car No. is UP78BP7713 which runs on duel fule Petrol as well as CNG. Proprietor of Sai Motors Mr. Parmanand told us that Cng is COMPANY FITTED but after the time of registration he endorsed the vehicle only with petrol at that time we got to know that the CNG is not company fitted And they Charged 45, 000/- For the kit as it was company fitted. Then after we left to mumbai and the second service of the car have done in mumbai at car shop and that time they replaced the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) free but at the third service in Kanpur. I send my car to Sai Motors for the service they said that your extended Warranty which was issued by their company is Fake which is been issued with the car purchase date and for that they charged 4500/- and given to me the policy of 3450/- including service charges. Now the company has changed the ECU again and asking me to give the Payment of Rs.15800/- because the warranty issued is fake and the only they can deduct the policy money of Rs.3450/- and asking me to surrender the policy document Extended Warranty to them forcefully. Kindly look in to the matter by that i should get the justice.
