We have booked 27 seater AC bus OF SOUTH DELHI TRAVELS CENTER for our foreign guest to pick up them from internationl airport & drop to domestic air port.
they agree everything about it up to last 11 pm but when flight arrived no body was their from SOUTH DELHI TRAVEL CENTER.
all pessangers have to wait at air port & no prior informatiom was provided by SOUTH DELHI TRAVELS CENTER
& OUR GUESTS HAVE TO MISSED THEIR DOMESTIC LIGHT DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE
lastly they reply the reason on next day that driver was not available hence we had not sent BUS
this is the serivice level of them.
Dear all be aware!!! don't troust on such big sites which are such irressponsible
