Poor service & irresponsible answers

I am the indane lpg customer at the Tatachem co-operative stores at Mithapur (jamnagar -dist.). My cust. no. is 1065 .My complain is that we get irregular services and deliveries after no limit of days though there are rules for booking not for deliveries for lpg.we recive tho deliveries a week after the delivery date on the bill.
