Dear Sir
I didn’t want to take a customer complaint to your level. Today in economic times you have mentioned " Ratan Tata offers full support to Dalit's Cos", before kindly help your loyal customer I have been cheated with manufacturing defect vehicle. usually when one buys a vehicle it should be trouble free at least for 3 years but my trouble started from the 2nd month, no ears to listen. half the time my vehicle is in the tat authorized workshop only. with all odds i have been managing with vehicle every now and then calling customer support to start my vehicle. You can see yourself in two years how many times i have called your on road customer support.
Today again my vehicle is lying in OBeroi cars authorised workshop of tata...
enough is enough kindly replay my vehicle or pay back my money and also for mental and physical harassment i have been facing. In less than 20, 000 km i have visited the workshop and called for on road customer support more than 50 times. In a year alternator, battery problem started...
